Frequently Asked Questions
Where will the consultation take place?
They usually take place via video call. However, I do have an office I work from in Nantwich and I am willing to come to your home for no extra charge if you are within 10 miles of Nantwich.
How long will the consultation last?
The initial consultation usually lasts between 60-90 minutes as we do a thorough investigation into your whole health history starting right back at birth.
Do I need to prepare anything for the consultation?
Once I we have booked your consultation I will email across a short form for you to fill in with your basic information and your health goals. I will also include a 7 day diet diary for you to fill in and return 48 hours prior to your consultation.
How long after the consultation will I receive my plan?
You will leave the initial consultation with the most important points of your plan based on your health goals and then I will email across a more in-depth plan within 48 hours.
What will my plan include?
Your plan will be personalised to your health goals, lifestyle and personal preferences and will include:
* A full nutrition plan with very clear guidelines including information on why I have included it.
* Lifestyle recommendations with full guidance information.
* Supplement recommendations, which are of the highest quality and with a practitioner discount.
* Meal planning ideas along with full recipes and a shopping list.
* Any recommendations for private testing with details on how to complete.
What if I don't like my plan?
Each plan is highly personalised and is based on your preferences which we’ll discuss in detail during the consultation. I won’t expect you to do / change anything you really don’t like or want as this won’t be sustainable. We can also adjust your plan at the follow-up call if there is anything you don’t feel is suiting you or your lifestyle.
