A nutritional therapist who understands what Golden Triangle life actually looks like.

If you live in Alderley Edge, Wilmslow or Prestbury, you will know that life here comes with particular pressures alongside its privileges. Long commutes to Manchester, demanding careers, children, ageing parents, social lives that feel obligatory and a creeping sense that somewhere in the middle of all of that, your own health has fallen to the bottom of the list.

The women I work with in this area are not looking for a fad diet. They are busy, intelligent professionals who want to understand what is actually going on in their body and make targeted changes that fit around a real life, not a lifestyle that exists only in a wellness magazine. Many are in their 40s and 50s, navigating perimenopause alongside everything else, wondering why they are doing everything right and still not feeling the way they want to feel.

I am Tracey Warren, a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. I work with clients entirely online via video call, so no matter where you are in Cheshire or across the UK, you can access thorough, personalised support from home. Most clients find this far more convenient than travelling to a clinic, and sessions are just as effective.

Every client receives a thorough one-to-one consultation, a completely personalised nutrition plan and ongoing support. No guesswork. No generic advice. No starting again on Monday.

Personalised support for every health goal.

Weight Loss for Women Over 40

If you have been doing everything you think you should and the weight still will not shift, the answer is rarely more restriction. For women over 40 in perimenopause, hormones, cortisol, sleep and gut health are all part of the picture. I look at all of it, because the usual advice often simply does not work at this life stage.

Perimenopause and Menopause Nutrition

Weight gain around the middle, disrupted sleep, brain fog, mood changes, fatigue that does not lift. These are not things you simply have to accept as inevitable. Targeted nutritional therapy for perimenopause can make an extraordinary difference to how this transition feels, and how long the difficult part lasts.

Gut Health and Digestive Issues

Bloating, IBS, food sensitivities and digestive discomfort that has been dismissed or left unresolved for years. You do not have to simply live with it. Evidence-based nutritional therapy can identify your specific triggers, restore balance and make a lasting difference to how comfortable you feel in your own body.

Cholesterol Management

Rising cholesterol is increasingly common in women from their mid-40s and is often directly connected to the hormonal changes of perimenopause. Personalised nutritional support, alongside any medication your GP has prescribed, can make a significant and measurable difference to your numbers over time.

Tracey Warren

Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist  ·  CNM & ANP Accredited

I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, a rigorous, accredited programme covering physiology, biochemistry, functional medicine and nutritional therapy. I am registered with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and work within their professional and ethical guidelines.

My interest in nutrition began when my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012. What started as a need to help someone I loved became a lifelong vocation. Cancer support remains one of the areas of my work that I care most about, alongside helping women in perimenopause and midlife who feel like they have been let down by conventional advice.

I work with clients from Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Knutsford, Prestbury and across Cheshire. All consultations are delivered online via video call, so you can access support from home wherever you are across Cheshire or the UK.

Real results. Real life.

No Calorie Counting

No restriction, no food guilt and no starting again on Monday. Just nourishing your body so it can do what it is designed to do, naturally and sustainably.

Truly Personalised

Every plan is built around your specific body, your health history, your lifestyle and your goals. No two clients receive the same plan, because no two people are the same.

A Lasting Relationship

I build genuine, long-term relationships with the women I work with. Many clients stay in touch long after their programme ends, because health is not a destination, it is an ongoing process.

Whole-Body Approach

I look at hormones, gut health, sleep, stress and nutrition together, because your health is not one thing in isolation. This is what naturopathic nutritional therapy means in practice.

What people in Alderley Edge often ask me.

Is there a nutritionist near Alderley Edge?
Yes. All consultations are delivered online via video call, Zoom or Teams. There is no clinic to travel to. Sessions are available in the evenings and at weekends to fit around your schedule, and you can access support from home wherever you are in Cheshire or across the UK.
What is the difference between a nutritionist and a nutritional therapist?
A nutritional therapist has completed a formal accredited qualification, typically three years, covering physiology, biochemistry, functional medicine and nutrition. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and am registered with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. This whole-body approach means I look at gut health, hormones, stress and sleep alongside nutrition, rather than food in isolation.
How much does a nutritional therapist cost near Alderley Edge?
I offer a free 15-minute call with no obligation. My plans start from £195 for the Silver Plan, which includes an initial consultation and a fully personalised nutrition plan. The Gold Plan is £295 and includes two follow-up sessions and unlimited email support. The Platinum Plan is £495 and includes five follow-up sessions, unlimited email support and comprehensive testing guidance. Additional follow-up sessions are available at £60 per hour. Full details are on the consultations page.
Do you specialise in menopause nutrition near Alderley Edge?
Yes, perimenopause and menopause nutrition is one of my core specialisms and the area I work in most with women across the Golden Triangle. If you are struggling with weight gain, fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption or mood changes through this transition, nutritional therapy can make an enormous difference. I look at the whole hormonal picture, not just individual symptoms.
Can nutritional therapy help with gut health problems?
Absolutely, gut health is one of the areas where nutritional therapy has the strongest evidence base. If you have been living with IBS, bloating, food sensitivities or digestive discomfort that has not been properly resolved, a thorough nutritional assessment can identify your specific triggers and create a targeted plan to restore balance. Many clients see significant improvement within 6 to 8 weeks.
Do you offer cancer support nutrition in Cheshire?
Yes. Cancer support is an area of work that is personally important to me. I work with people in active treatment, in recovery and in remission, always alongside their medical team. Nutritional support during chemotherapy, radiotherapy and after surgery can help maintain strength, support immune function and manage side effects. Online consultations mean location is no barrier to accessing this support.
