Nutrition Support Built Around Your Life, Not a Generic Plan

No two clients get the same recommendations from me, because no two people arrive with the same history, routine or goals. Some of the women I see from Knutsford are managing perimenopause symptoms alongside a demanding job. Others are dealing with digestive issues that have never been properly investigated, or trying to get on top of cholesterol after a GP check-up flagged it. What they have in common is being tired of generic advice that doesn’t account for their actual life – the early starts, the packed lunches, the commute, the evenings where cooking from scratch just isn’t realistic.

That’s where a proper consultation makes the difference. We look at your health history, your current symptoms, your daily routine and what’s actually achievable, then build a plan around that – not a template pulled from a book.

Weight Loss Support - Tracey Warren Naturopathic Nutritionist in the UK-2

Weight Loss

Lasting weight loss doesn't come from another restrictive plan or a list of banned foods. We'll look at what's actually driving things for you - portion patterns, cravings, stress eating, activity, sleep - and build an approach you can keep up long after the "motivated" phase wears off. The goal is results that hold, not a quick drop you spend the next year trying to maintain.

Menopause and Perimenopause Support - Tracey Warren Nutritional Therapist Cheshire-2

Menopause Support

Perimenopause and menopause don't affect everyone the same way, so the advice shouldn't be identical either. Whether it's hot flushes disrupting your sleep, energy that's dropped off a cliff, weight settling somewhere new, or joints that ache in ways they didn't used to, we work through your specific symptoms and build nutritional support around them - alongside HRT if you're using it, or as an alternative if you're not.

Cancer Support - Tracey Warren Naturopathic Nutritionist in Cheshire - UK Wide-2

Cancer Support

Going through cancer treatment changes what your body needs, and it can change week to week. I work alongside your oncology team, not instead of them, to help with appetite, energy, taste changes and recovery - adjusting as your treatment does, rather than handing you a fixed plan on day one and leaving you to make it work.

Digestive Support - Tracey Warren UK Based Nutritional Therapist-2

Gut Health

Bloating that shows up most evenings, a gut that's never quite settled, or food sensitivities you've stopped trying to figure out - these are the things I hear about most from clients dealing with digestive issues. Rather than another elimination diet, we look at what's actually going on underneath (stress, fibre balance, gut bacteria, food intolerance patterns) and build a plan around your specific triggers, not a generic "avoid gluten and dairy" list.

Cholesterol Support - Tracey Warren Nutritional Therapist in Cheshire UK-2

Cholesterol Management

A high cholesterol reading from your GP doesn't automatically mean statins are your only option, and it doesn't mean giving up everything you enjoy eating. We look at the specific dietary factors driving your numbers - fibre intake, fat types, weight, activity - and build realistic changes around them, whether that's alongside medication your GP has prescribed or as a first step before considering it.

WHY WORK WITH TRACEY WARREN

A Nutritional Therapist Who Actually Has Time for Your Questions

Qualifications matter, but they’re not the whole story. What clients tell me makes the real difference is having someone who actually listens before recommending anything – who wants to understand your health history, your routine, your relationship with food, before handing you a plan.

Several of my Knutsford clients come to me after trying apps, generic meal plans or advice from social media that didn’t hold up once real life got in the way. I build every plan around what’s actually workable for you, using current evidence rather than trends, so it’s something you can keep doing in six months, not just this week.

My goal isn’t to hand you a list of rules. It’s to help you understand your own body well enough that you can make good decisions long after our work together ends.

Evidence-Based Nutrition

Every recommendation is grounded in the latest nutritional research, helping you make informed decisions with confidence rather than relying on fad diets, misinformation or unnecessary supplements.

Personalised to You

Your health, lifestyle and goals are unique, so your nutrition plan should be too. Every recommendation is tailored to your individual needs, making healthy changes easier to achieve and maintain.

Practical & Sustainable

Healthy eating should enhance your life, not complicate it. My advice focuses on realistic, achievable changes that fit naturally into your routine and deliver lasting results.

Ongoing Support

Long-term success comes from consistent guidance and encouragement. I'll support you throughout your journey, helping you stay motivated, overcome challenges and build healthier habits with confidence.

SUPPORTING KNUTSFORD, ONLINE

Nutrition Support for Knutsford, Wherever You're Based

Knutsford is one of the areas I work with most, entirely through video call. That means no travel, no fitting a clinic visit around the school run or a packed diary – just a proper consultation from wherever suits you, with exactly the same depth of support as an in-person appointment.

Serving Knutsford and the Surrounding Villages

Knutsford, Mobberley, Over Peover, Tabley and the villages around them have their own particular pace to them – a mix of families, professionals commuting into Manchester, and people who’ve moved out from the city for a quieter life without giving up easy access to it. Because everything’s delivered online, whatever’s brought you here, the goal is the same: nutrition support that fits around your actual week, not one that asks you to rebuild your life around a meal plan.

If you’d rather talk it through before committing to anything, book a free 15-minute video call. No pressure and no sales pitch – just an honest conversation about what’s going on for you and whether working together makes sense.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you see clients from Knutsford in person?

No, all consultations are delivered via video call. This means no travelling and no fitting a clinic visit around your day, while still getting the same thorough, personalised support as an in-person appointment.

I work with weight loss for women over 40, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, gut health and digestive issues, cholesterol management, and nutrition support during and after cancer treatment. Every plan is built around your own health history and goals rather than a generic template.

You’ll receive a video call link ahead of time. The consultation itself runs just like an in-person appointment, we talk through your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle and goals, and I’ll ask questions to build a full picture before making any recommendations.

The initial consultation usually runs 90 to 120 minutes, since it needs to cover your full health history, lifestyle and goals properly. Rushing this stage tends to lead to generic advice, which isn’t what personalised nutrition is meant to be.

It helps to have a rough idea of your typical eating pattern, any medication or supplements you’re taking, and what’s brought you to seek support. A short food diary can be useful but isn’t essential, if tracking food feels stressful, there are other ways to build the same picture.

Yes. Nutritional therapy is designed to work alongside your GP or specialist’s care, not replace it. This is especially relevant for cholesterol management and cancer support, where I’ll always coordinate around your existing treatment plan.

This varies depending on what you’re working on and your starting point. Some people notice changes in energy or digestion within a few weeks, while goals like sustainable weight loss or hormone balance typically take longer. I’d rather set realistic expectations than promise a quick fix that doesn’t last.

Sessions are fully online, so clients join from Knutsford, Mobberley, Mere, Plumley, Tabley, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and right across Cheshire, as well as further afield. Location is never a barrier since everything is delivered by video call.

I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and I’m registered with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. I’m also fully insured to practise as a nutritional therapist.

Book a free 15-minute video call. There’s no pressure and no sales pitch, just a relaxed conversation about what’s going on for you and whether working together is the right fit before you commit to anything.
