* Supplement Recommendations - practitioner grade of the highest quality at a discounted rate
* Functional Testing Recommendations - this will include recommendations for private testing to provide valuable insights into hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, digestive health, stress levels and toxicity assessment. (This would require a follow-up consultation to discuss the results)
* Unlimited Help via Email for 4 weeks following the consultation
Follow up calls and extra consultations will be charged at £60 per hour. This is useful to discuss your plan, how it has improved your health and how we can take it even further. You will receive an updated nutrition plan with any adjustments that may be required.
