- Pre-Consultation Questionnaire providing an opportunity to include a full health history
- 1 x 45 Minute Video Consultation to discuss your plan
- Personalised Nutrition Plan that will include shopping lists, recipes, meal plans and educational resources
- Lifestyle Adjustments Plan detailing activities to enhance your lifestyle and help alleviate your symptoms
- Supplement Recommendations – practitioner grade of the highest quality at a discounted rate
- Functional Testing Recommendations – this will include recommendations for private testing to provide valuable insights into hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, digestive health, stress levels and toxicity assessment. (This would require a follow-up consultation to discuss the results)
- Unlimited Help via Email for 4 weeks following the consultation
- Follow up calls and extra consultations will be charged at £60 per hour. This is useful to discuss your plan, how it has improved your health and how we can take it even further. You will receive an updated nutrition plan with any adjustments that may be required.
PERI-MENOPAUSE
Peri-menopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, typically starting in a woman’s 40’s but can begin earlier. During this time, hormone levels fluctuate, leading to irregular menstrual cycles and various symptoms such as:

MENOPAUSE
