Your health journey starts with an in-depth consultation lasting 1.5 to 2 hours.
This is where we look at the whole picture – your health history, your lifestyle, your goals and the patterns behind how you are feeling. Naturopathic nutrition takes a holistic approach, so rather than focusing on a single symptom, we explore what is actually driving it.
From there I build a plan genuinely tailored to you. Not a generic protocol, but recommendations based on your physiology, your life and what is realistic to sustain long term.
This first session is also where we get to know each other. It sets the foundation for everything that follows – how we track your progress, adjust your plan and work together towards the goals that matter most to you.

Follow Up Consultation (45 to 60 minutes): A dedicated session to review your progress, answer questions and refine your plan as you settle into it.

Testing Recommendations: Private testing suggestions, for example microbiome or hormone testing, with full analysis and plan adjustments based on your results.
Ongoing Support: WhatsApp and email support throughout your programme and for three months after your final session.

Testing Recommendations: Comprehensive testing guidance with full analysis and revised plans based on your results.

Standalone Follow Up Consultation

For existing clients who would like an additional session outside of a package. A 45 to 60 minute consultation to review your progress, address anything new that has come up and refine your plan, followed by an updated written summary for you to keep.
