How Can I Help?

While hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is an option for some women, many are turning to nutrition and lifestyle changes as a natural approach to managing peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms, or to work alongside it.

NUTRITION
A balanced diet rich in whole foods, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats can provide essential nutrients and support hormone balance. Specific nutrients and phytoestrogens found in certain foods can be extremely beneficial.

LIFESTYLE CHANGES
Regular exercise, stress management techniques, adequate sleep, and avoiding triggers can help manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.

PERSONALISED SUPPORT
Understanding peri-menopause and menopause can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. As a nutritional therapist, I am a menopause specialist in helping women transition through these phases with greater ease and confidence.
