A different kind of nutrition support.

I am Tracey Warren, a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist based in Nantwich, Cheshire. I work with women across Hale, Hale Barns, Altrincham, Bowdon, Knutsford and the wider Cheshire area via online video consultation. All sessions are delivered online, so wherever you are, you can access thorough and personalised support from home.

Women in Hale and the surrounding area often come to me with a particular set of challenges. Busy professional lives, the pressure to look and feel well, and a growing sense that the standard advice simply is not cutting it any more. Many are in their 40s and 50s, navigating perimenopause alongside everything else, and finding that the things that used to work no longer do. That is not a character flaw. It is biology, and it is very fixable with the right approach.

My approach is straightforward. I believe that feeling well, maintaining a healthy weight and having real energy for your life should not be complicated, expensive or miserable. I also believe that if you love cake, you should eat cake. It is all about balance, not restriction.

I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and am registered with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. Every client receives a thorough one-to-one consultation, a completely personalised nutrition plan and ongoing support. No guesswork. No generic advice. No starting again on Monday.

Personalised support for every health goal.

Weight Loss for Women Over 40

If you have been doing everything right and the weight still will not shift, the answer is rarely more restriction. For women over 40 in perimenopause, hormones, cortisol, sleep and gut health all play a significant role. I look at all of it together rather than treating calories as the only variable.
